Kevin Forrester has attained high levels of success in the areas of real estate law, estate planning, and property and trust management.
Kevin has more than 30 years of real estate experience as an attorney, a Realtor® and licensed real estate broker, including:
Director of the California Association of Realtors® (CAR), and twice-elected President of the North San Diego County Association of Realtors®
While a CAR director, Kevin served as a Regional Representative to the Professional Standards Committee, the Vice Chair of the Defense Strategy Advisory Committee (2007), and Chair of the Legal Affairs Forum (2009).
An arbitrator and mediator of civil, securities, and real estate disputes. Kevin served the Superior Court of California as a Civil Mediation Panel Member 1995-2013, and a Pro Tem Judge 1994-2013.
Additionally, Kevin served the University of California for 26 years as a UCSD Alumni Association Director, and 21 years as the Alumni Association’s General Counsel.
As a Rotarian, Kevin has served as a Club President, Assistant District Governor, and Chair of the District 5340 Rotary Youth Leadership Awards committee.
